Our happiness guarantee at No Bullsh!t – your satisfaction comes first!

We at No Bullsh!t firmly believe that honest cosmetics without unnecessary additives will delight you - we stand by this with our happiness guarantee! Since we use and love each of our products ourselves every day, we are sure that they will make you happy too. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days and receive the full purchase price back.

How the Happiness Guarantee works

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your online purchase with the following information:

    • your order number
    • Your request for a refund and which product is affected
    • The reason for the return (your feedback helps us to keep improving!)

  2. Pack securely : Please send us the product back in the original box, securely packaged and please do not forget your sender.

  3. Address and shipping :

    • Make sure you clearly mark your name and order number on the package so that we can process your return without any problems.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return shipment. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you send the shipment insured, as we cannot issue a refund for lost returns.

  1. Refund : Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an update via email. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method you used to place your order.

This 30-day guarantee supplements your statutory rights as a customer and does not restrict them. For information on the right of withdrawal, please read our cancellation policy.

The following are excluded from the Happiness Guarantee:

  • Empty or heavily used products
  • SALE items
  • shipping costs
  • product samples
