At No Bullsh!t, we firmly believe that honest cosmetics without unnecessary additives will delight you – that's what our Happiness Guarantee stands for! Because we wholeheartedly use and love each of our products ourselves every day, we're sure they'll make you happy too. If, however, a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days* and receive a full refund.

This is how the happiness guarantee works.

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your online purchase with the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Your refund request and which product is affected
    • The reason for the return (your feedback helps us to keep improving!)

  2. Pack securely : Please return the product to us in its original box, securely packed, and please don't forget your return address.

  3. Address and shipping :

    • Please write your name and order number clearly on the package so that we can process your return without any problems.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. To be on the safe side, we recommend sending the package with insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for lost returns.

  1. Refund : Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an update via email. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used for your order.

This 30-day guarantee supplements, but does not limit, your statutory rights as a customer. For information on your right of withdrawal, please read our cancellation policy.

The following are excluded from the happiness guarantee:

  • Empty or heavily used products
  • SALE items
  • Shipping costs
  • Products that were not purchased in the No Bullsh!t online shop.
  • Product samples

This offer is valid once per product and customer.
