The exceptionally hot temperatures make even our natural cosmetics sweat. Since we have no influence on the storage of the products once they have left our cool warehouse (post office, letter carrier, mailbox etc.) a delivery is too risky at the moment.
Nothing will happen to the products if they get hot - we heat them in production as well. However, they may leak if they are not stored properly, run into the lid or then, when they cool down, no longer have the nice consistency we are used to.
Natural ingredients and therefore often no preservatives also mean that the products can become soft at very hot temperatures. Not at our warehouse and not at your home. But in the car, in the mailbox, in the letter carrier's trailer, in the parcel collection points at the post offices - these are all places and conditions that we cannot influence.
As soon as the temperature returns to normal, we will send your order as soon as possible.
