Today is World Oceans Day

"Planet Ocean: Tides are changing" is the motto of this year's World Oceans Day. With this, the UN points out the urgency of better protecting our seas and sea creatures. And that is exactly what OceanCare has been doing with its commitment since 1989.

As a member of 1% for the Planet , we have committed to donating 1% of our sales to environmental projects every year. This year we are donating our 2022 revenue share to OceanCare .

Since 1989, OceanCare has been raising the voice for marine life. The international organization based in Switzerland is the UN special adviser on marine protection and contributes to the achievement of global sustainability goals. Our seas are particularly important to us, so it goes without saying that we avoid microplastics in our products and plastic packaging wherever possible. With our annual donation as part of our membership in 1% for the Planet, we therefore often choose organizations that work to preserve and protect our oceans.
